Can Jou is truly beautiful, wonderful views and total peace. The horses were so well looked after and obviously loved being ridden. Coming from Canada where there are so many ranches I can truly say it was worth while flying to Spain. It was far cheaper than riding holidays are here. As others said, absolutely gorgeous location on top of a mountain. Certainly not the place to go for car touring ;), but if you are on foot or sign up for one of their horse trips, it's really wonderful. My husband and I stayed at Can Jou for several days on our first trip to Spain. I agree with another reviewer's statement that it is not the best choice for a visitor interested in exploring the area, simply because of the remoteness of its location.
