Immediately upon arriving at Little Bay Cabins you will be warmly greeted to share in a true Jamaican cultural experience. Little Bay feels undisturbed by time in the countryside of Jamaica and yet we are only 10 miles from Negril. Little Bay Cabins is a cottage and villa style seaside resort located on three private beautifully landscaped acres nestled in the heart of Little Bay, Jamaica. Our property is rustic by design and has often been described as "Eden by the sea". Little Bay is a place so special that Bob Marley himself built his beach house here. We invite you to come and discover the pristine beauty and authentic Jamaican vibe found at Little Bay Cabins.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Was really excited to stay at LBC after reading positive reviews and a personal recommendation from a friend. Booked my trip 6 months in advance, confirmed within a month of my arrival and even arranged airport transportation with Mike at LBC. 13 days before my arrival, I receive an email from LBC saying they are sorry for the inconvenience, but they must cancel my prepaid booking for 6 nights because they had a better rental opportunity. I had to initiate my full refund through the travel agent because LBC was dragging their feet in obtaining my refund. They have a "no refund" cancellation policy and then turn around and cancel on me. Unbelievable! Then I have to fight for my refund. Would have more respect if this had been handled differently. Now I'm paying twice as much to stay somewhere else. LBC didn't offer to pay the difference. They're idea of finding me alternate accommodations was to direct me to Expedia's website. Totally disappointed and wouldn't stay here if it was "free".

We loved Little Bay. Travelled with my baby daughter and my partner Daniel. The cabins are perfectly formed with large outdoor veranda's to enjoy the bay out of the heat of the sun, and they are perched right on the waters edge so you can hear the sea lapping the shore as you sleep. TIPS: - Own car is handy as they are a little way from the main road and public transport routes - Food here is expensive so be prepared to pay $20 per 1 course meal.

I had the pleasure of staying at this paradise for 5 nights. So serene and beautiful. I could have stayed here forever. The cabin was wonderful and all people on premises were there to help and meet your needs in anyway possible. I will be back as I have stated my intentions for next year..but will stay longer. If you are looking for a place for sheer bliss..this is it. Nancy Kanter

I’m looking forward to our next trip to Little Bay Cabins, and we just left. What a an amazing location with great access to the water. Miss Joan made us some wonderful meals, I highly recommend taking advantage of the breakfast and dinner meal plan. The owner Mike has found himself a real gem, the property is so nice and private. And he’s all around a wonderful human! Jay was also a huge help and just fun to be around. If you are looking for nightlife, party’s and bars - read all the reviews as this is not the pace for you. It’s a wonderful location for folks wanting to relax, take in the scenery and enjoy. We brought our inflatable SUP and utilized one of the kayaks and spent as much time on the water as we could. There is a reef protecting the bay, so it’s a nice a calm place to paddle, swim and snorkel. Bring anything you need for drinks and snack, there is a small bar that is less than 5 minute walk but the rooms are equipped with refrigerators so save yourself some money and stock up before coming. We spent 7 days at the Cliffs (which was wonderful too) and 3 days at the cabin, being our first time in Jamaica we weren’t positive where we wanted to stay. Next trip we’ll spend more time at Little Bay Cabins as it’s just a magical place to be. One Love, The Milord’s

What a beautifull hiden spot! We came here by accident while looking for a place to have lunch! So friendly people who offered us beers and best local food we had so far. The place has a good energy with an amazing view. Definitely a good place to stay if you are looking for a quiet place with nice nature.

Me and my Best Friend literally just got home about a week ago from little bay cabins and we absolutely loved it, for my first time out of country it was the best time I've had in years. The Hospitality was amazing. I truly felt as if i was apart of their family. they all welcomed us so warmly and were eager to be kind and helpful. especially for someone like me who has never been away from home for so long and honestly was scared. but they were all there for me, and i love them all for it. staying here is extremely recommended. the food is amazing. the beauty is unmatched. this is the true Jamaican experience, not those massive crowded resorts. there were hermit crabs, snorkeling onsite, kayaks for use, geckos and beautiful birds, even saw pelicans and more. the fish are so pretty to see, such a calm bay too! you have no need to worry about the current almost always, aside from the tides. and you can swim out to the corral reef right from the property. Keisha and Patsy are both amazing at what they do, the Chef aswell! and the dogs are so much fun, if you love them as i do! its the perfect place for relaxation. families, they book all the tours right from there and they are very reasonable. we loved the fishing tour with traditional fisherman and the 9 mile tour aswell. please do yourself a favor and check this beautiful hidden gem out. and please ignore the next door property owner and her lies. shes very aggressive and unpleasant, dont cross onto her line or get yelled at, she even is trying to use the little bay cabins name on her property. give her wide space. but otherwise have fun and enjoy the Jamaican experience!

At LBC you can hear the sea at all times. The kayaks and the surf beckon as does the reef within swimming distance. Our accommodations were comfortable - we loved staying in Kaya because of the hammock and the upstairs porch. The authentic cuisine and amazing fresh fruits helped us to embrace being in Jamaica. Highlights were the curry goat, Keisha's vegetable soup, and of course, jerk chicken. Snacks are recommended (load up - there's no lunch served) as well as picking up both fruit and jerk chicken on the road on your way to LBC. If you arrange a taxi with LBC Keisha will make these stops along the way. If you've not been to Jamaica, do not rent a car - you can thank me later. That said, hiring taxis can be expensive and will add up quickly. Plan to consolidate your trips. We found ourselves wanting to stay at LBC as much as possible to relax, talk to the people, and to enjoy the water and natural beauty. Oshane will take care of you with smoothies and rum drinks. If you're looking for a beach getaway AND to 'be' in another country with a rich culture, this is the place for you. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Had the luck of finding this gem while looking for a managers retreat. Absolutely amazing experience. As stated in other reviews, this place is the real Jamaica, private, beautiful and well off the tourist track. The hosts are amazing, accommodating and very knowledgeable in the attractions that Jamaica has to offer, whatever it might be. We would highly recommend visiting LBC, you will not regret it. Be prepared though; LBC is off the beaten path. The food offered at the resort is good, well priced and filling but there are no convenience stores close by so stock up on snacks. They have a wonderful little beach bar that can supply all of your beverage needs. We will be returning!
