This Guest House exceeded all my expectations. I plan to base any future trip to Israel on its availability. We, a group of 3 very experienced world travelers, expected rustic guest-house accommodations. What we found was absolutely delightful, lovely--comparable to our best Swiss chalet experiences--spacious, quiet, artistic, top quality furnishings, artistic and thoughtful design and decor. You must have a... More

I've been there a year ago with my big families and it reminds so nice -- that's why I decided to stay there again over this Passover holidays. It was still okay, at first. When check-in, hostess asked us when we wanna have breakfast and we said "8:30", and then she confirmed in Hebrew. After tight sleeping, we went to... More

We spent a wonderful night in the Sea of Galilee guest house. The place is perfect for families and for lonely backpackers too. Yael and her daughter Roni are the best hosts, taking care of us during our stay, feeding us in the morning with great large breakfast. It's really nice place to spend few nights exploring the area, especially... More

A clean, simple and charming guest house - with an amazing view. Plenty of room for all 5 to sleep comfortably - and lots of outdoor space for the kids to spread out and stretch their legs. A welcome basket of fruit and fresh herbs awaiting us in the fridge. Coffee and tea on hand, too. Hands-down this was some... More

These rooms are spartan but clean. We cancelled our stay because the moshav was having a septic problem and the smell was everywhere. However, these accommodations are too rustic for us. The owner was gracious, regretful of the problem, and did not hold us to our reservation.

We chose the Sea of Galilee Guest House based on Tripadvisor reviews, which were mostly on target. Ronit, daughter of the owner, was an incredible host. She gave us lots of advice on what to see and do and genuinely seemed to care and want us to have a good time. The accommodations were kind of charming. We had a... More

I heard many good things about this place - it is quiet and peaceful. There is a nice yard for kids to play in with a few hammocks to rest in. The rooms are very small and a bit run down. Our stay would have been pleasant if not for the rudeness and chutzpah of the caretaker who simply does... More

Great place! Really friendly; they ordered pizza for us because we arrived late and gave us some really good tips for day trips and all the maps and so on! And: the garden is wonderful, with a great view on the lake (looks much better than on the pictures on their homepage), nice to sit and have a beer in... More

The position is unbelievable, situated centrally to the north of the Lake Galilee. The accommodation is clean and very comfortable. The welcome is brilliant with a real family feel. We would recommend this place to anyone travelling in Israel. In fact, even if you plan to visit Tel Aviv & Jerusalem it would be worth every penny to travel up... More
