Just returned from a 2 night stay at the Quiet Woman House. Paul and Lisa are great hosts. Rooms are spotless, Fantastic breakfast, Great choice of Cereals with fresh fruit. Nothing is too much trouble for Paul. The only place to stay in that area. Already booked for next year

If you are looking for a peaceful, countryside B & B, you can't go wrong with The Quiet Woman House. Halstock is a pretty little hamlet, off the beaten track. Walking the Macmillan Way and this proved a very good B & B - just as well as there was nowhere else locally that we identified. Everything that we needed and a very cosy room. Do call in at the local bakers if you are in Halstock.
