The hotel itself is very nice and has great wellness facilities. Food is very good but the service is below average. Unfortunately, people working in the hotel(not everyone) aren't fit for a 5* hotel. But, you should deffinitly visit it, because it has many things on the plus side...

I stayed 2 nights for business. Rooms and Spa were good! Rooms defintely above average in Serbia! Food is aweful - truely! Bar closes early and afterwards your only option is roomservice - strange indeed. The Conference facility was ok - but the coffee breaks were not worth it.
