I stayed at Spanhoe when I had a business meeting in Corby and I'm glad I did. The place is unique and different from 'run of the mill' hotels and the welcome was fantastic. I loved it so much my wife and I re-booked it for a weekend away together for which I have submitted another review. More

We stayed here for one night last weekend and I have to say I agree with all the other reviews it was great. So, I'll just make a few points...Jennie and Steve are lovely, very knowledgeable about the area and can't do enough for you to ensure your stay is comfortable and you have everything you need. You do however... More

Every year I look forward to go to the Rolls Royce and Bentley meeting. From the first year I stayed at Spanhoe Lodge that is run by the very friendley couple Jennie and Stevel . Since then I come back every year with lots of plesure. The rest and the peacefullness I receive from them is indescribable. If I had... More

Spanhoe Lodge is off the beaten track so a peaceful night’s sleep is ensured in beautiful open countryside. Its safe, spacious parking is ideal for veteran and vintage cars. We could not have been made more welcome by Jennie and Steve who were most anxious to make us comfortable in every way. Breakfast and our evening meals were superb. More

I must admit that I rarely send in feedback from any of my trips, but I feel compelled to add a rebuttal of the review from those folks from Stowe. Although my home is in Pennsylvania, since retirement I spend a great deal of my time traveling overseas. I have stayed at the Spanhoe Lodge on a number of occasions... More

We needed wheelchair accessible accommodation for a short break to attend a wedding. I researched thoroughly and on the bride's father's recommendation looked at Spanhoe Lodge. How fortunate was that! I don't know how the previous reviewer came to their findings; it is so way off. Steve and Jennie couldn't be more helpful and friendly and their staff we found... More

This is a pleasant little B&B but I don't get how it has so many 5 star reviews. The owners Jenny and Steve are engaging but the building housing the guest rooms is not any better appointed than typical low to mid priced motel in the U. S. . Although generally clean, we did find a large spider web complete... More

This was our 2nd stay with Steve & Jennie, and what can you say. The perfect hideaway with great view down the little valley so pieceful and quiet. Our hosts made us both feel very welcome. The rooms are very well maintained and the choices for breakfast is amazing. We were made to feel as we had known the hosts... More

..... but I'll say it again! I booked my elderly, wobbly mother and her friend with little dog into Spanhoe Lodge. By prior arangement the delightful Jennie looked after both old ladies with all meals from Saturday lunch time to Sunday evening and made them feel very welcome. Home cooked meals were excellent and we highly recommend this establishment. More
