This is a lovely B and B situated on a working farm. We were warmly welcomed with a cup of tea in front of a roaring fire. The rooms were well heated (on a cold winter's day), comfortable and spacious. After a good night's sleep the breakfasts were outstanding - well cooked and beautifully presented locally sourced food. Hightly recommended!

Only managed to stay for one night but what a lovely time we had. There are 100's of sheep in the fields surrounding this charming farm. The views out of the windows looked out into open countryside as far as the eye can see. Sarah the host was charming and her breakfasts were to die for. The rooms were spotless... More

Peaceful location down a track about a mile from the village. The most pleasant farmers wife could not do enough to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Unspoilt views across the fields. Excellent breakfast of home produced/local ingredients. The village pub produces interesting well cooked dishes.

This is a lovely, family run B and B in a quiet rural location. We received a very warm welcome from Sarah and family. All of the family were hospitable and involved in making sure we enjoyed our visit. We have stayed at more modern, city centre located, bed and breakfast accommodation, you must accept this is a working farm that... More

Huge room, and given a very warm welcome - which as a solo traveller I value enormously. En suite bathroom was spotlessly clean, and gorgeous fluffy towels/bathrobes were provide. Breakfasts were delicious, and nothing was too much trouble. The guests' lounge was an added bonus, evenings were spent reading or watching TV in front of my very own log fire!... More

A friendly welcome, comfortable family room, comfortable sitting room with roaring fire, board games, comfy beds, very clean and delicious breakfast. You'd think that would be enough but add beauftiful views, quiet location yet easy to get to Malton, egg collecting and farm exploring & you've got a 5 star stay. We loved it. Thank you.

Very pleasant short stay at Woodhouse Farm. Clean and comfortable rooms with all facilities provided for a pleasant stay. We were made to feel very welcome by Sarah, who must be one of the best Breakfast Cooks in B&B Land!
