Graham and Jacky deserve all their great reviews on Trip Advisor. My wife and I just spent three nights at Coed Cae and could not imagine a better place to stay ! Superb ! More

We returned to Coed Cae for a three night mini break over New Year and once again enjoyed everything about the place.A fantastic location plus a warm welcome from Jacky Graham and the dogs. The accomodation is first class and the locally sourced food cooked to order. You take a chance with the weather but the George 111 pub is only a... This B&B is situated on a beautiful hill above a river. The views are spectacular and the hospitality of Jackie and Graham was great. We stayed for 1 night, and we decided to eat inside the B&B, a decision that we are very glad we took. The food was full of flavour, and beautifully cooked and presented. There is a... More

My wife, our little boy and I stayed here for the second time. First was an Easter weekend about three years ago and this time just for one night. We wouldnt have gone back if our first experience had not been good. This time we stayed in the larger family room, cot for our son, the welcome and high standard... More

My partner and I stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our mini-break . We had a delicious meal at Coed Cae the evening we arrived and were delighted to discover that we could hire a tandem from Jacky and Graham as we were planning to cycle along the Mawddach Trail to Barmouth the next day. Jacky was so helpful with... More

Jackie and Graham run this very high-quality B&B situated conveniently between Dolgellau and Barmouth. We spent a long weekend in November mountain biking at Coed Y Brenin and so recurrently arrived home wet, muddy and cold. I'm sure the hearts of many a host would sink at such a sight - not so here; we found roaring wood-fired stoves to... More

Coed Cae is without a doubt the best b&b experience my wife and I have ever had. We spent three nights here for our "mini-moon" and Jackie and Graham could not have done more to make it a perfect Snowdonian break. The accommodation is first class. We were in the double room and found it to be stylish, clean and... More

From beginning to end my all too brief stay here was wonderfully attentive and generous in care, comfort and extras! I found the owners brilliantly communicative and helpful from the advice about how to get up the drive way, to directions, to greeting me and seeing me off at the door and recommendations about where to go for my morning... Title says it all really! Lovely place, great setting, room was great for us, lots of space for kids to play etc. Hosts were wonderful and the breakfasts were delicious. Recommend it to anyone and if you leave something behind like we did then they are great at phoning and letting you know straight away!! More

We have stayed with Jackie and Graham (kindest hosts) at least once a year for the last 5 years, with family, friends or just the two of us, mountain walking, cycling, river and lake fishing for trout and sewin, bird watching and seeking wild flowers. The mountain and coastal scenery is magnificent and amazingly unspoilt by development. Their cottage-house is... More
