My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night from January 5 to January 6, 2024, room 207. Booking was made on the Agoda website. The bathroom in the room is in bad condition: there is mold on the walls in the shower, there are traces of leaks and mold all over the ceiling, the shower head is broken, water flows from all the cracks, the toilet lid is broken, there was a cap from the shampoo of the previous occupants in the shower, one of the towels is old, frayed and with holes. The walls in the room are dirty in places with traces of smudges, the table is stained with nail polish. The hotel description stated that there is a spa, sauna and massage room. When we asked about the opening hours of the spa, the staff said that the hotel does not have a spa, the information in the description is incorrect, and the photo is not theirs. If we had known that the hotel did not have a spa, we would have rented a cheaper and cleaner hotel in the city center.

Its one of the most horrible hotels i ever seen. Rooms are small and so so so dirty. Its like nobody clean here from years. Food is terrible and people... I asked for a towel cuz i didn't have one in the room and after 1 and half hour they bring me a blanket. The hairdresser was broken and i slept hardly 2 hours at night cuz the hotel is up to the huge boulevard and there were millions of cars and trucks. Dont go there!

when we reached there the hotel is under renovation facade. The air cond in the room was not working properly, but luckily the weather outside was quite cool. Breakfast served quite late. When we came down to have breakfast at 7, most of the food are not ready. Another proble is the steps within a same level of the floor. Which make difficult for people with heavy luggage.

I would recommend this Hotel for anyone because *It has a good location to explore Bursa, the metro is 5 minutes away, and you can walk to the City attractions like "Ulu Cami" and "Heykel" in 10 minutes and a giant shopping mall is across the street. *Breakfast was really nice. Food variety is very large you can find Turkish cheese, "Simit" and they provide them in a nice quality. * Stuff is really helpful to take your baggage and for your questions. *Price was good. *It was nicely decorated, clean, has TV etc.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Karakaya Hotel in Osmongazi, Bursa, Turkey. Overall, we were well pleased with our stay. Surprisingly for so late in the season (late October 2012), our air conditioning worked very well, and kept us very comfortable. The food was good, the meeting facility we used was more than adequate, and the location was also very good. The hotel staff was most attentive, without being overly so. Was just a great stay for us and our friends!
