Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed here while exploring Bursa. Great location and the staff was very pleasant. We had a suite which was spacious with a sofa and easy chairs at a very reasonable price. Location was great and made it easy to see many attractions. Staff was pleasant and attentive. Taxi stand right out the door. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was great and had good access to all directions, we waited for about an hour when we arrived at the hotel due to a staff mistake but we would not apologize for the mistake, the hotel room was small and the beds were comfortable and clean, We had a comfortable night, breakfast was delicious and simple and clean, we were satisfied with our sta

We stayed here for four nights. We found the hotel to be clean ,bright..welcoming. Staff were very accomodating and cheerful . Breakfast had a wide selection on the 8th floor with panoramic views . Food was fresh .,, well presented . Room was quite big ... clean fresh bed hot water . Clean towels Air con .all you need for a good night sleep and stay . Hotel is very near to all amenities and transport. Shopping malls . Teleferik are minutes away . If you stay here try not to book rooms on the 7th floor The restaurant is on the 8th floor. And early morning. You can hear the screetching of chairs on your ceiling....very annoying if your trying to sleep ... i can recommend this hotel . 100.percent 😊

From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and perfect. The hotel is really nice, staff very friendly, perfectly located close to all interesting places and restaurants. Room was spacious enough for 2 people, warm and clean. Bathroom nice and big, with lovely hot water. Complimentary water, tea and coffee is very nice touch. Breakfast room has a breathtaking view. We couldn’t get enough watching the sunrise above the Uludağ mountain every morning. This hotel is the right place to stay while visiting Bursa.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the bazaars and tourist sights. Our hotel room had beautiful views of Bursa, it looked spectacular at night. The hotel receptionist and other staff were friendly. The hotel restaurant located on the top floor offers beautiful views while you enjoy your breakfast. The rooms were spacious but dirty. I suggest to the hotel management to hire new cleaners because this hotel has a lot of potential.

I've had an awful experience. The room was small, the walls were extremely thin and you could here your neighbours, the staff spoke almost no english at all, and no other foreign languages, although they mention a lot of them on tourism sites. No wardrobe space, small bath, old bedsheets, high prices...all in all awful. I wish i never stayed there. And to add to it all, the staff tried to con me into changing euro into lira at a 2/1 rate (it was actually 3/1). The only two good things were the location and the view from the top floor. Take my advice and find another hotel!

The receptionist said' the international credit machine is broken - i should pay cash' but if when cash was refused the machine magically repaired. Sticky furniture, feet prints on the walls, broken toilet fittings, big ugly marks on the carpet, paper thin walls, noisy air con in other rooms or some machine grinding heard all night but best .... at 5 am i was woken to the sound of loud talk and music in the hall, i opened the door to find two scary looking girls giving a guy a blow job to the sound of phone music not 1 meter from the door to my room - a shocking and scary scenario to witness ( these girls did not look like they would normally mix with the guy they were working on - they laughed and said pardon then i closed the door in shock - the music and action continued outside the door (these people were loud and there was no way the lobby staff could not hear as it was echoing in the stairwell). Some two hours later the party moved into a room and was loudly continuing but now with two men voices and many girls. - when I told receptionist about the hookers - he laughed and said it was impossible! So i checked out early but the receptionist insisted i pay for the following night and after thinking about my safety and weather these guys were in with local corrupt police - i did pay just to escape without further trouble. I can only assume that the staff are all in this game together and that the good reviews that i had found on another sites was established by the writing of very satisfied gentleman callers.... I certainly would not recommend this place to anyone with any self respect or family.
