I was hesitant to stay here after reading these reviews, but my three night stay was lovely. We upgraded to the 10th floor for a minimal fee. My room was nice, clean, updated. We are Delta fans. This hotel is by far the worst in the chain, in our experience (we have stayed in over 15 hotels in the chain over the years). They are renovating (Olympics??) so hopefully the dated and beat up furniture will be replaced and the fuzzy stuff my daughter picked off the windown sill will be dealt with.... more

My wife and I stayed one night before departing for Mexico the next day. The check in was smooth although the front desk clerk wasn't particularly friendly. The room was adequate. The best thing was the hotels close proximity to the airport. I would recommend this hotel for in transit (one night) guests only. Long- term-stay guests should stay elsewhere. more
