We stayed at this hotel for a sporting event and it was a pleasant surprise. We were so tired when we checked in and really just wanted to get into our rooms quick. The girl at the front desk had all our keys ready and everything from there on was a pleasant surprise. They let us use the breakfast room... more

This is a typical Lower Mainland hotel. It is older, well maintained and overpriced. Do not accept any room facing Brunette as the traffic noise is horrendous 24/7. Rooms at the back are quieter. We stayed for five nights and the electronic room key never really worked. We probably had 30 or more key cards over our stay and the... more

My partner and i stayed at this hotel for one night in early September. The check in was quick and efficient and the reception area looked attractive and clean. Our room was at the front of the building but I didn't notice any major traffic noise so it wasn't an issue. The rooms were large and well appointed with lovely... more

Based on previous advisors comments, we requested a top floor room, facing away from the highway. Over a period of two weeks, we had at least six conversations with staff and each time confirmed that our request was going to be met. Each time the answer was 'yes'. Unknown to us, was the fact that on the day of our... more

Great hotel overall, especially for a discounted AAA hotel. Rooms are extremely clean and quite nice for a chain hotel. The best part about this hotel was probably the cleaning staff....sooo sweet and accomodating. They got to know us (we were here for over a week for the triathlon world championships) and would let us in our room at annoying... more

Based on reviews from Tripadvisor, we stayed at the Best Western Chelsea Inn. - Overall, the hotel was good. The rooms were clean and appeared to be recently renovated. In fact, renovation is still taking place at the hotel (front entrance), in some corridors, and the restaurant. - Rate was $99/night. There aren't too many hotels in Coquitlam, so the... more

I had a great stay at Best Western, all the staff members actually cared about my stay and I was greeted everytime I walked by them. They also did provide a lot of useful information about the surrounding area and where to go to see the city during the day and where to go enjoy the night life in the... more

We were delighted with our 6-night stay at this hotel with my family of 4 and two small children. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was newly remodeled and very clean - we had loads of beautiful white fluffy towels. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well-taken care of and a perfect temperature. The... more

I got my room through Hotwire for a good price, but the location was a bit off of my desired location. But, by using the local transit website, I was able to get within a block by using skytrain, and to my rental car the next day by bus with only one change. The hotel had a European feeling, and... more

Right on the highway, ask for a room at the back as the highway is rather busy 24 hours a day. Newly renovated good sized rooms with really comfortable beds. Pool is small but adequate if your kids are small. Well located for a stopover & easy to get into Vancouver on the train. We used the hotel as a... more
