By mistake I booked a smoking suite. The odor of smoke wasn't bad but my companion has no tolerance for smoke. The staff offered to move us and after finding out our needs helped us move to a different room. He was very attentive and looked after our every need. The room and washroom was clean. We had a value package with one night and one day at Canada's Wonderland that was really affordable. The room was a home office (big room) with a king bed that was really confortable. The front desk person was ok when we arrived but the next morning, they were really nice with us. Nothing bad to say about that hotel... more

People walk the halls really loud and there are several teenage boys on my floor (at 11:30pm) that treat it like a freshman dorm hall running around and yelling. I called management 3 times already with no luck. Room service food is overpriced and disgusting. Rooms and hallways smell. Poor management!!!! more
