Our family of four stayed for five nights.
There appeared to be no regular cleaning/service for a stay of this length. We had to request fresh towels and garbage removal. No staff on-site was the rule rather than the exception. One phone message left on the manager's number gained no results, but when caught on site, the staff was friendly and helpful. We were disappointed in the level of service. $199/night seemed high.
The cabin we stayed in seemed in need of a good top-to-bottom cleaning. Washroom reasonably clean though walls were dirty. Kitchen not clean - we had to clean microwave and fridge ourselves. Kitchen poorly equipped - unusable (chipped surface) teflon frying pan and badly warped cutting board. Log cabin interior is very dark and needs dusting.
Bedrooms are cramped. Sheets did not fit bed properly. Evidence of mice in cabin, though none of our food was eaten by mice. Lots of traffic noise.
