An average motel with small rooms and very small cramped bathrooms. has been cleaned up a bit since our last visit but for $100 after tax it is far too expensive. Also very noisy in rooms fronting the main drag into town.

After reading some of the other reviews before staying here I was expecting a regular modest place which would be perfect since my hubby were only going to be there for one night after a day at Sauble Beach. Family run motel. Genuine pride in the establishment and makes an effort to provide all the amenities possible at the lowest cost. Rooms have been upgraded, good beds, flat screen TV's, 2 bbq's to use, 24 hour heated pool. Close to downtown and other amenities i.e. grocery store, LCBO etc

We picked this motel after reviewing their website which made the motel look great. It turned it to be very misleading. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. some examples were the large number if hairs in the bed confirming the sheets were not clean, broken furniture, dirty carpets, etc.

In the area for a family reunion and needed a place to sleep and this place worked. The whirlpool and pool were a nice to have featured it was nice to relax after hanging out with a large group all day. The beds are very nice and comfortable; the room was clean and looked after. Clean rooms, nice service, hot tub, sauna...pool (water is chilly but the kids loved it). Excellent value for money. Room has fridge and microwave....
