Peeling paint, cracked drywall, smelly rooms in the motel style -area of the hotel. We are a bowling league which has been going to this resort for the past 7 years for our season ending weekend away, which includes 2 nights stay, banquet dinner, etc. This year we were treated terribly by the resort as a whole. Would stay at LionsHead when came to fish lake Simcoe. With the new owners they have raised prices, change prices and they are not informing there regular customers.
