My husband and I stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast back in October last year. The location is beautifully tucked away, but only about 10 minutes from Huntsville, an interesting town with lots of neat restaurants, shops, etc. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had access to a comfortable sitting room with TV, etc. Rick, the innkeeper, cooked us an incredible breakfast the first morning. The second morning, there was a power cut throughout the whole area. Marlene (Rick's wife) went out of her way to pull out her gas BBQ and cook us a wonderful breakfast. She even boiled water for coffee on the BBQ for us. This was all while she was getting ready for a business appointment some 20 minutes drive away. We spoke to other tourists in the area later that day, and they had been thrown out of their accommodations, without breakfast or refund.
