We arrived earlier then the standard check in time (which is posted at 4PM), we got there at 1:30PM and they did let us check in. We stayed on the second floor, right next to the lobby bridge. It wasn't noisy at all, which I thought it might be, since it was a Saturday night and the hotel was full.... more

We have stayed in many Westin hotels and this is the worst Westin hotel in the world! Poor service, staff who don't care and management who don't deliver on their promises. more
