Don't get me wrong -- the hotel itself and the room were alright -- but the front-desk clerk was miserable. When I walked in and asked if there were any rooms available, she said no -- an obvious lie considering the lack of cars in the parking lot. Once again I am on the road for business. I look for comfort, quiet and a reasonable breakfast with a local news paper to read. Travelodge Chatham had all those things plus pleasant helpful staff. Travelodge has become my travel hotel of choice for value and consistent quality of service. Not an amazing holiday spot but a real nice choice... more

We recently stayed at this location and found the room to be clean and comfortable. It appreared to have new carpets and the mattresses were very comfortable. Staff was all helpful and accommodating. Fridge and microwave in our room was really convenient. Really enjoyed our stay more

We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights. It used to be a Holiday Inn Express. The furniture in the rooms appear to be relatively new. Each room has a fridge and microwave.
