We left after we saw the "Indian Chief" in the breakfast room and our room was dirty. We called both the hotel and Ramanda 1800 number to try and get our money back but they would not give it to us. As another reviewer said, we went straight to Best Western!

We booked via Hotwire so we did not pick this hotel. We were looking just for a stop over on our way back to Vancouver from Edmonton. After reading the reviews online, we were a little apprehensive. After a long drive, this hotel was a nice place to rest. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We really appreciated the continental breakfast.
