Rooms were well appointed, with good views (not unobstructed). Hotel fell beyond short with incompetent service staff, from front desk to restaurant. Staff were slow and lacked ability to trouble shoot anything. Management even worse. The hotel is modern and brand new. Rooms are clean with state of the art features (appliances, shades & draperies, bathroom amenities, etc). Coffee shop and fitness center are wonderful.
