Here for a ski vacation. Tried to charge us more than what our Internet reservation were. Beds are rock hard, rooms were cold when first entered. The linens and towels and room was really clean. Walls are super thin, hear everything outside trains, sirens...... You name it you hear it. Not many guest stayed here. Moving on to a new... More

We were on our way to Alberta when we stopped overnight at the Gateway Inn. They gave us a warm welcome. The room entrance was at road level so was easy to unpack . The room was basic but very clean and comphy. They served a Continental breakfast and good coffee. Staff was helpful and I would certainly stay there... More

I have stayed here two years in a row. Not really by choice, but because they had vacancy. This place is usually the last one in Revelstoke that fills up so you might end up here too (!) During ski season it seems that Revy has too little accomodation, so prices here are high. I have been in three different... More

We usually stay in other motels, but with such a large group (family), we found a 3 bed bedroom here for a great price. Pros...the only thing I actually liked here was the hot tub. It was clean and big compared to most others in Revy. We really enjoyed it. Negs...the location is not ideal...just a bit too far for... More

Not the fanciest accommodation, but it does the job. Definitely the place to stay if you are looking for a place to sleep after skiing and with a hot tub. Rooms are clean, but the entire building looks pretty worn out. The front desk were friendly, and tried to help us as much as possible with whatever we needed. For... More

From the moment we arrived, snarly check in and tried to get us to pay more despite confirmed email check in, to the "complimentary" breakfast where they ran out of food, and a very old and tired room. You can hear every word from the room next door, the carpet thin, no place to walk without tracking mud and wet.... More

My family and I stayed here about two summers ago while vacationing in Banff and liked it a lot, so when we decided to spend a week there skiing at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, it was a pretty easy decision to stay there again. The rooms were comfortable and clean, same as the last time I'd stayed. I'll just point out... More

Cheap... but not cheap enough. Everything needs to be renovated and cleaned as it looks as though it has been untouched since the 70's. Keep yourself entertained and out of the room (which is easy enough in Revelstoke) PS- Eat at The Nomad (restaurant just across the street) They have great everything!

Stayed 15th Sept 2012 Okay for the money, quiet as it is situated off the main road, large car park, fair size room, clean. No kettle for tea making. Good as a stop off on the way to the Rockies. Would recommend for one night stay only.

Well, it's a good thing I didn't read the reviews before I booked it! My husband was driving from Saskatoon to Vancouver Island, B.C. with our seven kids, ages 3-16, and called me to get him a place in Revelstoke. Apparently, the last place I got him he wouldn't take a shower in it, so I was a little nervous!... More
