We recently spent 1 night at the Somass. After a long day of travel we arrived at property. It was exactly what we needed: a nice, clean room at a reasonable price. It is a small motel. Our room was at the back of the property. Road noise was not an issue. Town is within walking distance. more

It is very hard to find a place to stay in Vancouver Island on weekends during summer, but Somass Motel was so clean, cozy and affordable. This motel has fluffy comfortable beds, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the linens are the whitest linens I've ever seen.
