Middle of the road hotel. Nice people. Rooms were clean and hot tub was nice. Has a pool in summer. Inexpensive. Nice place to crash after skiing kicking horse 10 minutes away. Kicking horse rocks with uber expert terrain. Not the place for intermediates or below 5 minute walk to all restaurants and bars in town which is key.

Standard nice motel. Nothing exciting but very nice for the price. Very clean, very nice service, very friendly manager that will do her best to accommodate your needs. Nice location in Golden for skiers/boarders going to kicking horse that don't want to pay the big bucks. Highly recommend it.

Booked two double rooms late December 2012 - huge variation between them. Room 1 was terrible with stained carpet, patched walls and paintwork, and it was cold and noisy - would not recommend to anyone. We recently stayed at Mary's motel and it was amazing! They have new management and the place is looking fantastic. The staff was very pleasant and our room was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a well priced place to stay!
