Rented a beautiful one-bedroom condo in Bear Lodge for a $119/night. Nice fully equipped galley-style kitchen with coffee and other hot beverage supplies; washer-dryer in the bath; and even a gas fireplace, though I was hardly going to use that in July! Parking is underground - the remote on your room key opens the door. There's also a jacuzzi on the first floor.

The manager was very good about my late check-in, calling me the day before to make sure I had the combo for the lockbox where my key was. There's a decent restaurant and general store within easy walking distance. Mt. Washington is primarly a ski resort so it was pretty quiet while I was there.

Minor quibbles: there were no fans of any kind; even a floor model would've been nice to get the air moving when I checked in. Also, not a big deal for me but apparently they don't do housekeeping every day. I was only there for two nights, so don't know what the frequency is. more
