This hotel recently re-opened after extensive "green" renovation. We really liked our room, especially the views of the water. It was quiet and comfortable, even though the hotel was full of car racers (there's a speedway nearby)! Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open yet, and it's a 10-15 minute drive to the nearest breakfast place; you can get a good dinner about 5 minutes away. Campbell River is spread out for several miles along the highway, and this hotel is at the very southern end. We'll be happy to stay here again, after the restaurant opens. more
