Acceptable overnight stop on the way to somewhere, but certainly not worth the money. Water is across the highway, and no beach or anything worthwhile within walking distance.

Usually my fiancee and I spend out anniversary in Tofino, but this time decided to stick closer to home due to weather and time constraints. What a fantastic idea! I loved these little cabins, the layout of the entire resort and the friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable, the BBQ was great and the tub. WOW. It might be...

Stayed in one of their 1 bedroom chalets for 2 nights at $169 per night. While this may sound a bit high, it is worth every cent. The chalet is approx 15ft wide and 30 ft long. It contains a queen size bed in a separate room, a comfortable living room, a fully-equiped galley kitchen and a huge bathroom with...

We were looking forward to staying at the Oyster Bay Resorts for many reasons. Mainly the location, the fact that we had our own bar-b-q and of course the 2 person jacuzzi. We arrived about an hour early for check in and the desk staff was extremely friendly and allowed us to check in early. She had great ideas of...

We were wondering what to expect, but were not disappointed.
Chalets are very comfortable and the heating (!) very efficient, since it was raining cats and dogs when we came to Campbell River (14 degrees C...).
Chalets are brand new, large, with a good equipment and a nice jacuzzi (see pictures).
All in all a nice surprise!

The staff very very helpful and friendly, we especially liked the hot tub and gas BBQ. The best part were the views from the front of the cabins, a panoramic view across the strait to the snow capped BC coastal mountains.
The cabins themselves were spacious, well equipped and clean.

Don’t believe the woman who runs the place… The web site is deceiving
… the place was hot in the summer; away from the good stuff the windows don’t open. You have to cross a highway to get to a smelly rocky beach. We were deceived and the woman charged us $50.00 after her husband told her that she should...

The accommodation comprises of approximately 15 large Chalets with church like ceilings. Each unit is self contained and faces the sea with outstanding views of...
