I have travelled and stayed at a lot of hotels,from the moment I walked in the lobby was clean, front desk exceptionally friendly. The rooms were clean and functionable. The restaurant staff was polite and the food was wonderful. I will be back and I will recommend to all my friends and family. more

This so-called renovated hotel has BED BUGS !!!!!!!! In addition to mine,I overheard Westjet staff staying there complaining about the same problem. I have bites all over my body and the front office staff treats it casually as if it was quite routine.Apparently,this has been going on for a while and nothing has been done my management to tackle this... more

Called from my home in Victoria to book my reservation. Arrived at the Edmonton airport and was picked up by the Hotel's complimentary shuttle service. This was my first time in Edmonton for a family reunion, and the Days Inn seemed to be most reasonable in price considering the hotel brand/chain. I booked our hotel on daysinn.com and printed out our confirmation. We arrived at the hotel around 5pm on the day of our check in. They couldn't find the reservation. I gave her the confirmation number and she said that it had been booked for the wrong day. I had the confirmation with me that clearly showed it was booked... more
