We very much enjoyed our first trip to Drumheller as the attractions were awesome and the people were friendly but I was ver disgusted with this hotel, actually this is the first time I've complained about one. Stayed for four days as this is how long I took lessens so I could do solo sky dive. I had the most fun that I ever had. Jumping out of a perfectly fit and flying plane. The people at the Inn where so friendly and welcoming that it felt like home with servants. more
My relatives booked this hotel from the phone book & didn't then know about Trip Advisor!! The Drumheller Inn is awful - ancient, grotty terrible lump soft beds, grungy carpets and is a total time warp back to the 1970's when nylon furnishing & cheap mis matched items more acceptable. Broken pool; The restaurant had no food except hotdogs, yet they had a menu posted at the elevators; The decor was of Iseral?, I thought I went to Drumheller; We even had a staff member tell us they cann't wait to get out of Drumheller. I stayed in this inn for 2 nights. A friend asked what was wrong with the hotel.... i asked what was right. Lets get this list started... cause its looong.... 1. Air conditioning was terrible. you can see a dial... and a fan. Niether work though. The dial could be spun all the way to 0 if it had it.... more
Hallways were very dirty, old furniture in room, old coffee grinds in coffee maker, broken glass on bathroom floor, dirty shower and sink. more
Stayed one night at this hotel, $120.00. Drumheller was quite expensive town to stay in and other hotels- Ramada, Bestwestern and Super 8 were booked. No frills- no hairdryer etc but was quiet and resonably clean. Elevator was not working for a time, so it was quite the haul up to the 5th floor with luggage. more
I stayed here a few times ( 3 years one day at a time ) and well I really like it there everyone there was great and the people who were at the front desk were great they help me out lots I had my money and stuff stone from me on the bus and they help me out lots... more
