Small room, but clean . Very courteous staff. Very well situated in the Montecasino Complex and safe, you can walk around at any time. Close to the four ways mall, where you can do great shopping and some 15 mins from Sandton City.

After a few niggles experienced previously, it was great that every complaint had been rectified. The stay met and exceeded all expectations, and as always, the catering was outstanding! Looking forward to a return visit!

Montecasino is an excellent location for staying in Joburg, though there might be some better hotels around. I liked the breakfast and room, however service and internet quality were poor, and there was no night bar which is supposed be in this kind of location.

I really like this hotel, the hotel is large but it is still welcoming. The check in is quick and the receptionist friendly.
