This was the best motel we stayed in during our 8 day tour of Northern Ontario. The room was very comfortable and the hosts are very accomodating (thanks for the extra towels!). Excellent breakfast. This motel was perfect for us while traveling through Wawa. The room was fine, the food was fantastic, and our hosts seemed very nice. I was traveling with 2 children, a dog, and my mother who's 70 something years young and where we stayed was important to us and trickier with needing a pet friendly establishment. we have traveled all over northern michigan, and ontario. the northern lights motel offers all of the amenities of home and more. we have stayed in most of the hotels in the wawa area and by far the northern lights motel is the cream of the crop. more
