This is a home away from home complete with attention to the smallest detail to make your stay a pleasant one. Reasonable rates,beautifully kept, clean and big cheery rooms. This place is home away from home. Clean rooms w/lots of extras. Great food, the fish fry was yummy. Mo and John were VERY available, even getting me a fan (I'm 50, ok? lol). Wow! the attention to detail in this place is great. It is an older hotel, but the folks here have done EVERYTHING possible to make your stay something to remember. This is the cleanest motel I have ever been in! Great stopping point between the major cities on a roadtrip, and the people at the front desk (the owners, I think) were fantastic. Easy check-in, quick breakfast in the morning, and back on the road. Lots of little special touches in the room too. Will stop again on our way... more

Everything written is true; it's clean, easily accessible, lots of little extras (bandaids, ear plugs,q-tips, rags to clean car windows in the a.m., great b'fast). Owners were extraordinarily helpful. more
