Nice hotel, clean and accomodating. We arrived before check-in and there was no problem - unlike our experience at the Stanford. I didn't find this hotel to be expensive, and it is well maintained. We stayed at the Best Western on August 3, 2009 and paid $220 for our room. (It was a long weekend and consequently rates may have been higher than usual.) Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Maybe our expectations were too high. The price we paid was too high for the room quality. Although located close to fast food and liquor store, we were a long way from the ski hill. The Boston Pizza attached to the hotel was bland and expensive. more

For the cost of an executive room on the 4th floor, the room was very disappointing. The room we asked for was to accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenagers. All they gave was a separate room with a bed for the parents and the teenagers got one pullout couch (with 1 pillow). We were woken three times during the night... more

Nice, clean, quiet, and across the street from a beer and wine store; what more could you ask for. Also they allowed us to store our bicycles in the room so we could tour around for a day without having to worry about them.
