My family received new information regarding the incident at the hotel and I would like to formally apologize about my comments earlier about some of the staff and assistant manager at the hotel. It was unfounded and cast them in a very bad light. I humbly apologize and retract my first post. It was frustrating at the time at what... more

My family and I stayed at the Quality Inn Edmunston one night in August. We booked on the basis of extended family recommendation and were not disappointed. We were met at the front desk by a gentlement with a hearty "Bon soir" (Good evening) and efficiently checked into our room. The room was clean and had all the amenities we... more

When travelling to or from the Maritimes, this is a very convenient stop. Rooms are fine, sports bar was good, pool was wet. What else do you need for an overnight stop? more

The room and bathroom was very clean. Very comfortable beds. Noise insulation was quite poor and should be improved. I could hear the trucks, etc from the highway and that woke me up a few times during the night. I was not happy about that. We lost power for about 20 minutes and not once did someone apologize or offer... more

We have stayed in this hotel many times, even before it was Quality Inn, and always have had a good stay in a decent room. The bed was comfortable and room had everything we required. We used the pool and hot tub which is OK but dated. Could have used some towels at the poolside. We used both restaurants. The... more

We had a good stay in a decent room. Bed was comfortable and room had everything we required. We did use the pool and hot tub which is OK but dated. We didn't use either restaurant although the specials did seem very good price-wise. Easy to find, right off the Trans-Canada. Visit the Botanical Gardens down the road a few... more

We recently stayed at this Quality Inn for business. The hotel was easy to find and convienent to everything. Our room reservation indicated that we had a 'newer' room, but, the room was sadly outdated. The staff that we had contact with seemed friendly and confident. It was nice to have a choice of two resturants to choose from. The... more

I have been staying at the Quality Inn for many years now for business and pleasure, my recent stay was April 1st to 3rd 2009. I can say the staff here are always very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food at the Victoria Steak house and the pub are very good and you are getting good value... more

It seems that Edmundston is an expensive place to sleep in the summer season. Our first choice of hotel was asking $160/night for a basic room with 2 queens, so we tried the Quality Inn and got a room with 3 queens and still saved $40. Good, clean hotel with an indoor pool that the kids liked. Easy access from... more

We stayed at this hotel twice in June on our way to and from Ontario. The hotel is a little dated but it is very clean and is certainly a good value at $85.00 a night. There are two spots to eat on site which is very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem for some... more
