Stayed for work. Great location in "downtown" Edmundston. Room was clean, tidy, nicely appointed. In the middle of some kind of reno/rebranding. Was a Clarion going to be Sheraton(?). Checked in efficiently, got to my room, had not been properly cleaned (items on dresser from previous guest...). Took picture went to front desk and gave me a "better room" on executive floor... Nice room, but not much diffrence. Satisfied with the rooms and service. Place supposed to be rebranded into Sheraton/Four Points, can't wait!

3rd stay since summer 2011 (twice August 2012)....good value, CAA discount, decent full breakfast included, pool presently closed for reno but not for much longer, comfy beds, clean and easy stopover on summer vacation.

I stayed two nights and this hotel was very comfortable. Clean and quiet, breakfast was included.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been in. We asked at reception to upgrade our room but were refused!!because we had prepaid We were in a room that was next to a room with barking dog. I stayed at this Hotel for a period of 6 months and received excellent services with excellent place to stay. Top quality matresses and very clean. The restaurant serves excellent food. Recommended

Accomodations very good. Room clean and everything worked. Staff very helpful and when we requested 6 extra chairs for guests, supplied immediately and worker very reluctant to accept gratuity. My wife and I have stayed at the Clarion on previous visits, and enjoyed the stay, but this time, other than the comfortable mattress, there were a number of let-downs: Cons: Stains on the floor in the room; The air conditioner did not work; The coffee maker tripped the plug breaker each time it was turned on.
