Pay attention to the front desk, I've never been to a hotel in which the the reception people does not look at you as you enter the door and even when you're standing in front of them unless it is obvious you are there to ask them a question or worse, when you're checking in! We were upgraded to Le Sommet for free from another 4-star hotel in the area. Considering its location and price, we expected great service. The suite was huge, two bedrooms, large living room with a fireplace, balkony, two bathrooms, TV in every room, garage high enough for the ski-boxes. Just returned from spring break at Mont Tremblant. Loved this hotel. It is right on the slopes with beautiful views of the mountain. The condos were clean and comfortable. This is a great location within the resort. The maid service was superior. We loved it! Would definitely book this hotel again. more
