Had to have them mop the bathroom because it was so dirty. They required us to sign a waiver regarding tracking mud into the room and not letting our dogs drink out of the ice bucket... It was too weird. The staff were far from friendly or easy to work with. The Internet was not working. Pets were not welcome unless you specifically ask for a "pet room", not something the 800 number tells you. Don't believe they are PET FRIENDLY. Don't choose this place first in Fort Nelson. Only a last resort.
