We enjoyed the hospitality of the lodge in February at a time when there were few patrons. There couldn't have been more than three couples staying at the lodge...we had it all to ourselves. The food was excellent and the accommodations are what you would expect from a lodge. The cost of staying and dining at the Emerald Lake Lodge... More

The reason to come to the Emerald Lake Lodge is the peace, quiet, tranquility and outstanding natural beauty of its surroundings. On these attributes alone the lodge deserves a 5 star rating. If this is what you are seeking then this place is for you. If you want easy access to your vehicle (you leave your car down the road... More

My family and I stayed at Emerald Lake Lodge in August of this past year. It was thoroughly enjoyable, with a natural setting that can't be beat. With clean air, hiking and high quality lodging, this was a good combination. The breakfast buffet was especially enjoyable, with fresh fruit and tasty treats. We did light hiking around the lake, enjoyed... More

We came here for a weekend getaway and had a great experience. The cabin was cozy and overlooked the lake. The staff were very pleasent and engaging and the restaurant on site was amazing. More

We recently stayed at Emerald Lake Lodge for their New Year's Eve celebrations, and I was delighted! I agree with some of the other comments that the rooms are outdated (they are), but I've come to understand that this is all part of staying at a lodge in a relatively remote location - it's not like staying in a hotel... Good but not great. Although the inside of the rooms is very nice, the construction is outdated for a luxury lodge. The level of noise coming from guests next door and above is not acceptable at this price level. The attention to details could be improved: the walkway between the main lodge and our cabin was very slippery at times.... More

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay at Emerald Lake Lodge. I would like to sincerely apologize for the unfortunate situation with regards to dessert while dining in the Mount Burgess Dining Room. We take concerns such as these seriously as this is certainly not the standard we strive for. I would encourage you to contact our Lodge... More

We stayed 2 nights. Rooms were nice because of views, fireplace and balcony, but I thought they could have used some pizzaz or character, pretty bla for $300 +tax per night. Food was good, but expensive- dinner for 2 plus bottle of wine $180. Loved the lodge, very comfortable and staff was accommodating. Hottub was nice, but not hot enough... More

The stunningly beautiful and isolated location is what's for rent here! The lodge is picture perfect but it is true the rooms are a little under the weather. Having said that, we spent little time in the rooms, but were hiking out the front door, around the lake and into valleys of rock lined streams and through mountain passes! Wooded... More

Owning a hotel is a tough business! it’s in a constant state of destruction from the day its built .Having said this if you charge good money for a nights stay then people will expect a nice room. (Time to renovate some of these rooms) The rooms were good in the past but the one we stayed in this time... More

An amazing view, beautiful lake and wet. Unfortunately for me it was raining, so there isn't a lot to do when the weather isn't great. no television, no wifi, from your cabin. You can get wifi with everyone else sitting in th main lodge. An awesome place to get away from the fast pace world, bring a book, camera and... More
