We stayed in the one bedroom loft using a timeshare week, not a alot of privacy if you want a nap. However we spent the extra $28.00 CDN for highspeed modem rental and that was a good idea. It is golfer heaven there, which was lost on us nongolfers, we were on the 12th hole which was the putting green.... more
The Canadian Rockies out the front door, the Purcell’s across the valley, the 12th green off our deck, the head of the Columbia River in the distance, white water rafting on Toby Creek, canoeing on Lake Invermere, swimming in the hot springs, horseback riding. Stayed at hillside villas. Was a beautiful room with a great view. Lots of ski hills driving distance. Would recomend this place to stay. more
We are a family of 4 (2 teenage children) and we thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and atmosphere at Mountainside resort. The townhouse style chalets are perfect for the forested mountain setting with all the amenities you can imagine. The recreation center is wonderful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The skiing and the hotsprings were an added bonus.... more
We spent 6 nights at the Fairmont Villas at Hillside. The villas were very clean and comfortable. A living room/ kitchen, no oven, though had a gas BBQ grill out on the porch. Our family of five adults stayed in the Fairmont Hot Springs Mountainside Resort June 16 to June 23, 2007 for a family reunion. Beautiful, woodsy place.
