An oasis of luxury nestled in the wild heart of British Columbia! Sitting in the hot tub with cold beer in hand looking out across the croquet lawn to Minette Bay with seals poking their heads above water and Eagles soaring overhead you feel like a king lording over his kingdom. Howard and Ruth, the charming hosts, organised hiking, ocean fishing, whitewater rafting, golf and scenic helicopter flights for our activity hungry group all of which were great fun and pofessionally run. However everyone looked forward to returning at the end of the day to enjoy Ruth's fabulous cooking washed down with Okanagan wines and Howards collection of Scottish Single Malts. In summary, the lodge is fabulous, the BC backdrop stunning and noone could fail to be charmed by the Mills family hospitality. Highly recommended! more
