This is an older hotel with nicks in the sinks and carpet that is a little worn. HOWEVER, it has some pretty big advantages. The staff are great. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The fitness room has very little in it right now but I saw tempting boxes which have yet to be... More

Northwest was sold out and staff went out of the way to find me an other hotel in town. Though hoted is old,... More

I stayed at the Northwest Inn while visiting my family the weekend of Sept 14 and Sept 15, 2012. Check was fast and easy. I had a nice large room with two beds so that the grand kids could visit me and have a sleep over. I liked the hotel because they had glass glasses and nice fluffy towels. The... More

I stayed at this hotel starting on the very first day after the town's residents were being allowed back in after the wild fires. The hotel staff were great in making everyone in my group feel comfortable in every way possible. Russell, the temporary manager during this period, went out of his way to help in any way possible (... More

The restaurant (coffee shop) is large and very clean. The service is friendly and attentive, thank you Lynn and Ali. The food was truly hearty with large portions and cooked in a home style. Breakfast was cooked to order and the speed of which was dazzling. Bottomless cups of coffee is still practiced in this quaint small town hotel. Daily... More

We booked our Christmas Staff party there as they offered us the best value for the budget we had. Function went very smooth and the food was very nice. All in all a great night! Thank you to all the staff and management who helped us put this event on! Koodos to you all!
