Lovely family friendly static and touring site. Large shower and toilet block for touring park, very clean. Free mini bus daily from site to New Quay from site at 11.30 am and returning about 5.30 pm daily. Local service buses available too. Nice clubhouse but very busy. Meals excellent and Sunday lunch really good served in conservatory, all fresh veg and cauliflower cheese, beef, pork and chicken available with delicious Yorkshire pudding. My only niggle was that the meal was not steaming hot and got cold very quick. Statics for hire or lovely second hand for sale. I believe site fees are £5000. Per year plus water and gas bottle charges on top. Nice size indoor swim pool at a charge of 50 p pp prebookable slots. Local pub 5 mins away turn left outside park. Drinks at club house reasonable. Lovely restaurants and cafes in New Quay but parking difficult in high season.

We are just back from another fantastic stay at Pencnwc and cannot recommend this beautiful Park highly enough. We stayed for 3 nights with our three children aged 11, 7 and 1. Despite being almost 5hrs from home, Pencnwc has become our family ‘special place’ and we think nothing of making the journey. The Park is incredibly friendly - both staff and other guests really do make you feel welcome, especially with young children. It is spotlessly clean with clear pride taken in the presentation of both accommodation and facilities. We were lucky enough to stay in a Signature 3 bedroom with a hot tub. This was the perfect accommodation for a family and for the children the addition of the hot tub made them feel as if they had their own private swimming pool. The caravan contained absolutely everything you needed. It was very spacious, even having room for a travel cot in the double bedroom, and there were also TVs in each of the bedrooms as well as a Nintendo Switch in the lounge! Whilst on park we enjoyed a family swim in the pool - warm and again spotlessly clean. The booking system means that the pool is never busy which is great for families. We also enjoyed the Crazy Golf, Play areas and the children loved the arcade. One of our absolute highlights was the food! We ate in the Smugglers every night. We found the menu really varied, very reasonably priced and excellent quality. Pencnwc is perfectly placed for enjoying all that this beautiful part of West Wales has to offfer. We enjoyed visiting New Quay, Aberaeron (amazing ice cream!) and Aberystwyth. The children loved the Moody Calf Play Barn - just 10mins from the Park. We have stayed in many holiday parks across the UK but it is Pencnwc that we love to return to. Highly recommended.

We have recently returned from 3 nights staying over Halloween weekend. First things first - The staff were all very friendly & welcoming. Loved the helpful welcome pack which had all the info we needed. Food in the clubhouse was lovely & Sunday lunch was very tasty (except for frozen veg - yuk) Shower block was cleaned regularly and adequate with plenty of hot water. Washing up station was a pain in the butt with the push button taps…… drove me nuts. Plenty of bins & water stations dotted around. It was very busy as it’s half term plus Halloween so we expected that. We booked the free shuttle into Newquay & was quite surprised when a taxi pulled up just for us. Courtesy of the resort 👍 Taxi driver (from Pete’s cabs) was very accommodating and told us to ring anytime to return. I didn’t go swimming but family did & said the pool didn’t seem very clean. This area could do with a-bit of TLC. The entertainment was a tad naff. Disco was just a press & play instead of playing music to dance to for the crowd. All in all we had a good time & would return in the future - maybe not during school holidays though. Reception Staff definitely deserve a big thumbs up 👍

I visited Pencnwc Holiday Park with my family over the summer. Utter disappointment to say the least. The caravan site it's self is a lovely a so called "family friendly place" We were in the touring feild. I felt like I was in a party camp. There was party after party from I think must be seasonals. They took up the road, chairs everywhere, the language was vile they were all drunk and I felt like I wasn't in a family resort I felt I wasn't ment to be there with my family it was so uncomfortable and extremely intimidating. To walk anywhere by them it was extremely off putting. They carried on their party up into the club on the night they were loud and rowdy amd extremely vilemwith language and well looked like they owned the place nothing was done about them, it was like it was over seen and no kne was bothered. There was a dog yapping from their caravan all night as they had continued their party in the club. I was extremely disappointed nothing was being done about it. The next day another mass gathering another party. If I wanted to be on a site where there as parties days in day out I'd have booked an adults 18-30 holiday. This was a family holiday and my family far from enjoyed. And out complaint seem to be ignored. If you want sleepless nights, Party's, foul language and feel intimidated here's the place to be touring if not I'd suggest you look elsewhere this is not the place for you and complaining don't work. It's like the security brush it off

We've just got back from a 4 night stay here. The caravan itself was clean and tidy although it did have a little bit of a smell of musk/dog on the furniture as did the clubhouse furniture when we went in we felt it could do with a deep clean both in the caravan and the clubhouse. The food in the clubhouse was lovely we had a few meals there, you get big portions and we didn't have to wait long for the food to come out. There's no shop on the park but there's one just 2 mins down the road so we went there for milk and ice. Could have done with lamps at the side of the bed or small lights above the bed as the main light was far too bright when sat up on bed reading at night, it made my eyes hurt a bit. Could have also done with hooks on the back of the doors for clothes or towels to be hung up. The bowls for cereals/soup etc are very shallow they were a bit of a struggle when eating cereal out of them because they weren't deep enough. The curtains on the bedrooms were a bit awkward to close properly as they didn't seem to meet well and we kept getting a gap on them. The beds were comfy and the softer pillows were nice but I brought my own anyway and my wife used the others. The park itself is close to New Quay which is lovely and we went to a cafe in Aberaeron called McCowans on my wife's birthday for a breakfast which was delicious and the park is also fairly close to Cardigan bay and that was quite quaint too. The weather wasn't great while we stayed here we had a lot rain and wind but this couldn't be helped, we managed to get out and a bit.

A beautiful caravan site with some great facilities. The food is reasonably priced and very good. The staff are friendly and always have a smile. The swimming pool you have to book a time and pay a very small fee but it never gets too busy. The entertainment is good but not every night. The grounds people work so hard to keep it tidy. They are developing the site really well. Love the minigolf.

Pitch size on the small size, expensive price to stay as you haven't got your own tap or drainage, nice friendly staff, you got to pay 50p per person to swim, prizes on the 2p machines could be better than sweets, kids room could to with updating, and clubhouse is small for the size of the place, we struggled to get a seat,no on-site shop

First and last visit for us!!! We took our touring caravan here for 2 nights very expensive £60 a night so was expecting more from the site, first night had a power cut so no electricity going to the caravan, rang reception and the said they were trying to get it sorted was due to the bad weather, but we have stayed on plenty of other sites in bad weather and this has never happened there. Very small pitch, hard stand for caravan but the stand for the awning which we didn't put up this time is stone dust, what an absolute nightmare, our tourer was filthy from it, as other reviewers have said, small clubhouse and dated, pool small and water looked murky, kids running wild with no sign of parents, kids on scooters and bikes with no road sense and no sign of parents, bouncers on the door to the clubhouse which basically speaks for itself doesn't it! To have to vacate at 10am on the touring site is a joke! First and last visit for us, there is much better sites around this area for half the price.
