A very clean and modern hotel. The room was huge, which was great for a family of 5. There was a fridge which was an added bonus.

The swimming pool was nice and the amount of vending machines in the hotel was great. The breakfast room was too small for the hotel and it was a squeeze. Trying to get a table for 5 was always difficult. Choice of breakfast was good, only continental available which is fine. This was the only downside to the hotel.

It was a great hotel for $120 for 5 people, can't grumble at that. The Zoo is a 10 minute drive away and very easy to find. Saying that my husband was use to driving in Canada so I'm sure I wouldn't of achieved quite so easily. I think it was 5K from the zoo so very handy as the zoo is a full day out really and it was nice not to go far in the car.

The hotel was also only a 10 min drive to the lake where the Cathedral cliffs are, this is a truly amazing place to walk and picnic. more
