I used to stay in Holiday Inn or HI Express that's why I wasn't surprised with friendly and helpful staff in this particular hotel. Looks like they really do care of the guests and are happy to make your stay comfortable. Other things that I like is high lobby ceiling decorated with wood and fireplace in the middle of it....

The hotel room and bathroom were both clean. My room included a small mini-fridge and flat screen TV. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and had fairly good variety of options. Decor in lobby and eating area was bright with lots of natural wood tones. Room included free hi-speed internet access. Good business hotel.
