It's not the cheapest place to stay in the area but the rooms feature huge bathrooms, terry cloth bathrobes, and the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I stayed at the Delta Toronto East for two nights after reserving through Priceline. I had a great experience with the front desk. For the price you pay when you book through Priceline you expect to get a basic room.
