The front desk and check-in process was very smooth and friendly. The lobby looked decent for the star rating of this hotel. But that is where the expected ends. hotel is an excellent value for money - rooms are small yet clean and efficient. staff are helpful and friendly. breakfast was good, which is free along with parking and internet! i would certainly go back. the hotel is just off the 401 at markham road. shopping and restaurants are all nearby, which makes it convenient. more
