This couple booked our brand new Garden Suite in late June 2003. On arrival on July 10 they insisted they had been promised an Oceanfront room. I am indeed sorry for the misunderstanding but that room had been booked in mid March. They were 3 hours late in arriving, obviously tired, unhappy and disappointed. I was unable to relocate them...
