The property is cold, the managers like to come around and turn the lights off, turn the heating down, they open your doors during the day when you are out (there are no locks on the doors) so your personal things are exposed to whomever else is staying the hostel, there is strictly no cooking after 9pm, the managers came in my room whilst I was using my bathroom which I do not find acceptable. Some Australian guys staying there at the same time as me called it a Nazi Camp. One of the managers is nice, the other is not. There is no laundry facility, the buses are not very frequent into Whistler. If you are stuck for a budget option in Whistler or Pemberton try the Pemberton Lodge which is slightly more expensive but is way nicer, has free laundry and a free bus into Whistler, they also negotiate their rates. more
