Our car was damaged in full view of CCTV camera 3 in the hotels private and 'secure' car park, that costs £5 for the night. However, there is a complete and utter lack of customer care. The manager was completely unwilling to review the cctv footage and has failed to return our calls. More

Nice hotel on main road. Staff most helpful. Room was small but modern & nice & warm. Bedding was spotlessly clean. Nice bathroom. Bargain rates for B&B & given vouchers for 3 free drinks each. Free Bucks Fizz available at breakfast. Plenty of parking space at this hotel. We would recommend this hotel. More
