Deffently worth the money you spend. The Concierge service was great!! The staff at the hotel was very helpful. The pools were nice and so was the ocean front views you have. The walks on the beach were also very memoriable. I highly recommend going to the sister hotel right down the road and getting a treatment at the spa.... more

We just returned from a 5 day stay at the Riviera Beach Resort and I can't wipe the smile from my face and better yet I know the memories we created at the resort will last a lifetime. I can't say enough about this resort. I was very skeptical about staying here after I read a lot of reviews on... more

Thank you for your glowing review. We hope you have been able to return to create more memories spent at the Riviera. Our Poolside Ocean View guest rooms were newly renovated. Kid's Klub, outdoor pool and beach is very difficult for guest to stay away. Some guest rooms have 2 queen beds. See you soon.

The hotel was very helpful over the phone, so I booked a room based on internet research and the helpful staff. The woman I spoke with recommended the poolside rooms because they had been renovated more recently than the oceanview rooms. I'm not sure if it really made much difference, because the room felt old anyway. The furnishing may have... more

Memorial Day Weekend on the Cape maybe one of the 1st for family get-aways after a long cold winter. Our friendly & knowledgable reservation staff would be happy to asssit single adults or couples looking for a quiet get-away. Our Poolside guest room renovations have been completed and many enjoy the updated colors, materials and furnishings . Linens have also...

We stayed at the Riviera on Cape Cod at the recommendation of a fellow teacher who had stayed there several times. Even though at the time, the only thing we could afford in season was a parking lot view room, we had a great time. The pool was nice, the beach wonderful and our room not too crowded. We ate... more

Happy to read you and your family enjoyed your stay with us. I hope your children made some summertime friendships while collecting crabs. Summer traffic on Cape Cod is famous. Hope to see you back at the Riviera.

Im sure there are worse places and there are some things about this place that arent terrible, so I cant give it a 1 out of 5, but a 2 out of 5 is the best I can come up with. It was okay on some levels, but I would not go back. The location was good, the outdoor pool... more

September is a great time to travel to Cape Cod. Beaches are quiet, less traffic and weather has warm days with cool nights. Dining, pool and other services at the resort during off-season may have limited hours. Front desk/concierge is available to assist guests when needed. Poolside guest rooms are one of the most requested locations at the resort.

We are just finishing an 8 night stay at the Riviera Beach Resort, one of three Red Jacket Resorts in S. Yarmouth, Cape Cod. This is my 3rd time staying here, and first time with our 9 year old daughter. I have also stayed at numerous other Cape hotels and house rentals over the years from Hyannis to Provincetown. The... more

I think the kids program we have developed over the last few years was the best idea anyone could have come up with. I have never heard of a child not liking it. Thanks wonderful review. We definately have to talk about coffee makers.

I didnt get a chance to stay at the resort. They overcharged my room by 15 dollars each night and couldn't explain why. The person I booked the stay with claimed it was all tax, but when I called back again because the "tax" seemed a little high I was told that there is extra charge for towels and 1-800... more

We just got back from a terrific 3 days at the Riviera Beach Resort. The place really exceeded our expectations on every front. We went with a preferred room and started out with a room on the first floor farthest from the beach. Upon inquiry, the hotel graciously moved us to another preferred room on the 2nd floor with a... more

Just got back from 2 days at the Riviera with my husband and 2 kids. Arrived in the evening, the staff were excellent and extremely polite and easy to deal with - I asked a few questions and they answered courteously each time (with no bad attitude whatsoever). We had an oceanfront view with two double beds with access right... more

Thank you for your honest assessment. This is now 2008 and as you can see we are monitoring Trip Advisor on a regular basis now. At our next meeting I will ask and see if there are any points of interest that you mentioned that still need attention.

My family returned to the Riviera Beach for three days in July, 2005. We found a resort completely dedicated to the guests' satisfaction. From the immaculate rooms (we had the extra large family suite) to the pleasant staff members in every area of the property, I can say we were all very happy with our stay. Heather at the front... more

Just an FYI. If the towel is wet they usually are gone. If the towel is dry, then unfortunately they may be chair savers. In any case, if the chair is vacatant for a prolong period of time... use it. Your daughter must have been tears, I am so glad we found her stuffed animal. Come back and visit us...
