I had a terrible stay ! Receptionist could not find my reservation, eventually got a room which was not very clean and quite noisy. Breakfast was not good cold and greasy people working here did not seem interested. I am sure there are better Hotels in Bristol and I wont be back ! more

Just back from the beautiful city of Bristol where we stayed at the Ramada Plaza Hotel. From the onset we can say nothing but good things about this hotel. very very nice, it was clean and really smart. we wanted something a bit better than a b&b and it def was. the rooms were very clean and nicely presented. the shower was the best bit, very nice indeed!!!!! the only thing that let the hotel down was the staff, they wernt very friendly and didnt smile at all. more
